ORDERING

You can order using any of the 3 options below:

1. ON-LINE ORDER: Add product(s) to the shopping basket by clicking the 'Buy' button next to the part(s) you require. When you are happy with the contents of your basket and have chosen the Order Destination/Delivery Method, click on the 'Checkout' button. This will transfer you to a SECURE link and take you to the Order Forms. Simply fill out these forms and click on the 'Send Order' button to complete your purchase. You should then be given an Order Number. Please take a note of this number and use it in all correspondence/enquiries/payments regarding your order.

2. TELEPHONE ORDER: Contact us on 01376 515114. If you know the Part Number when calling it would help us to process your order more efficiently.

3. FAX ORDER: Fax us with your order on 01376 515114.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

Special Terms & Conditions for First Orders

We are happy to export products overseas. Although, most orders can be accepted by credit card, cheque, banker's draft or money transfer, first-time orders of over £500 cannot be accepted by Credit Card.

If you live outwith the European Union, you pay the UK Pounds price you see on the screen plus P&P.
If you live within the European Union, you pay the UK Pounds price you see on the screen plus P&P plus VAT @ the current UK rate.
